I did a backseat delete, made a base and a trim piece which bolted to where the stock latch for the seats. Built the amp racks which will get recovered in vinyl. Made door pods for my 6.5" components and covered them in vinyl.

looks good bvut personally i think you have alot more to go to get the back seat finished.
make it less boxy looking? fiberglass it to get ride of the cheap look to it? add more to it? take your pick but i would need to see all of that before i gavea A+ away.
looks awesome man!
IMO, I'd put some plexi or something over the crossovers for a more "finished" look. but hey, I couldn't do what you've done if I tried. great work!

Not bad I agree you need to do some work still on the rear but just with a few minro touches, it will look nice

Not being a ass but I can see your subs through the trunk you should make them match or put something back there. A nice piece of smoked plexi would work. If you wanted you could cut out something in the plexi and have lights behind it. I can see all the brackets holding the amps to the false botto, and your cloth is all twisted and wrinkled. Right now it is setup nicely for some glass. If you were to cover the entire thing in cloth and glass it all as one piece it would look really good.
I was kinda limited on how to bolt them down. I like that idea of plexiglass... in fact I think I'll do that, and put some LEDs back there. I am going to replace the cloth with vinyl on the amp racks, and I'm going to be recovering the sub box too.
thanks for the ideas there

Uggg, a Dell DJ...I had 2 and they both went in the crapper. So I got the Creative Labs Vision: M
Not to be one to judge as I would have no idea on how to do it...but the backseat does look like it could be cleaned up. But it's still looking great!
those L brackets kill it... take a black marker and paint the screw heahds black atleast

doors look good....
I thought the back was good too.. then I read that it is supposed to be finished?
I don't want to sound mean but I really can't help it here... that looks so half assed, you would have been WAY better off keeping the seats and throwing the amps in the trunk.
Take the amps out, take out the capacitor... then lay fiberglass resin all over it jsut like it sits right now. Stick a few layers of fiberglass on it... sand it down... body fill at the base of the amp boxes to make it a smooth dip... sand... fill.. sand.... primer... paint it all yellow. That would look badass.
Then get rid of your sub box and put the subs on that wall... fiberglass lips around them to make it stick out a little... Paint it yellow........ fiberglass the rear dash.. paint it yellow.....
THEN... I think you would be onto something... but as of right now the rear just looks terrible.
I hope you can take this constructively.

im gunna stop looking at stereo set ups in this forum and go back to Audio/Electronics and CAF...............................i hate to sound this mean, but your rear seat area needs more work to look finished, i laughed my ass off and literaly wanted to slap you when i saw that 20 farad cap, and your choice in gear is somewhat sub-par.....but its NOT my car, but you DID post your @!#$ for comments... just be prepaired for some people that know their audio and car electrical stuff to give u the same crap....
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

Looks better in person, looks great imo
I put some thought into this because i think you don't want to glass. Honestly i don't blame you it is a huge pita. what you could do instead is, take your amp racks and add bottoms to them. Than cut a hole under the amps big enough to get your hand into. from there you could bolt not screw bolt the amp racks and onto your false bottom. make user to use oversized washers. That would make it looks alot better. also if you were to add a wood /vinyl coverd piece over the amps that you could screw in from the back it would make it look great. if you have any questions on what I am talking about pm me.
That really doesnt look good at all
I would of screwed thru the bottom of the box on the amp boxs... and pull that fabric tighter.
...
also I would round the edges off the boxes with a router to soften the look a little. Then take a little more time and tighten up the fabric. over all a good start.
where'd u get those door speaker pods from? did you make them?
im really not a fan of it, sorry. the back needs some fleece strectched from the floor to the amp racks, that would give it a more flowing look. and the edges on the door pods look rushed, you need to take some more time to round it off more. dont mean to tell you its @!#$e, but its a good start at a nice looking setup

i like the direction your going but more work and it would look good. i think it looks like a waste to do a rear seat delete and then hardly doing anything with it. maybe mount the amps in the trunk and do a sub box in the rear delete to take up more room, just looks to empty. props on the work.
