A little backround on my car...I purchased my 2001 Cavalier with 17 miles in July of 2002. Since then I have been modding it by saving allowance, birthday money, Christmas money, etc. I'm now in college with a part time job making very little money toward modding my car. I try to keep my car as clean as possible(as you can tell by the paper mats in my pics below). My mods are listed in my registry but for the lazy here they are:
Suspension/Wheels/Brakes:
* 17" Focal rims wrapped in Federal 215/45/R17's
* Front and rear strut tower braces
Exterior:
* Andy's Auto Sport Kato Combat body kit
* Clear corners
* Chrome altezzas
* Removed side mouldings
* Muffler
* Streetglow Gold Series yellow undercar neons
* Eurolite Xenon headlight bulbs
Audio:
* JVC headunit
* 760 watt Sony amp
* 2 10" Sony P5 aluminum subwoofers
Miscellaneous:
* B&M Short Throw Shifter
I also have eibach sportlines in my closet and I'm saving up for Koni Yellows right now.
Any comments are welcome...I also need suggestions on my interior. I'm not one for painting interior pieces but I need to do something. Thanks alot guys and gals.
i like it. everyone is gonna tell you to get rid of the tail lights and go with the stock ones or toyota tails, i personally dont mind them. i say keep the interior the stock color and get some racing seats. other wise its a really clean looking car in my opinion. and it will look really sweet once you lower it

great minds discuss ideas
Not too bad at all. Im not a big fan of the body kit, but thats simply because it isnt my style. To be honest, I would drop it when you get the struts and thats it for the exterior. After that I would concentrate on making it faster, nothing would fill that front bumper better than an intercooler
i love the front bumper! it stumped me on what bumper it was at first lol. car looks kick! one thing to change tho but this might just be me ... chrome rims on a car is a no no to me... chrome should be on a SUV in a size of like 30's and spinners ... cars should have a more attraction to ... the body and speed to me, not the first thing you see if bling rims ... a white rim, gunmetal, silver, or black rim would make it better to me atleast.
hey sweet car...nice choice with the subs and amp....maybe an intake? just to dress the engine up a bit?
looks great! not a fan of the blue grill.
paint it black

i just saw a honda civic with those rims... they look real good in person. only thing i would change is the colored mesh i think black would look hott and lower
the only thing I dont like is the blue mesh, other than that, drop it and you are golden
Thanks for the replies so far...I do plan on getting an intake, a header, and a polished valve cover to dress up the engine bay. As for the blue mesh, I did it to look different and because I haven't seen anyone else with it. What I really need suggestions on is interior. I don't want to paint my interior because in my opinion that looks tacky. I would like to maybe do something like polished aluminum. Keep them coming....
opinions on interior....LIGHT THAT SUCKER UP! Put LED's and cathode's everywhere you can!
Pretty nice, One of the few cars that can pull off that kit... Only one suggestion, loose the emblems, FAST!
I'd keep the interior the same... maybe some lights. Once you change one color you have to start changing everything on the inside to keep it matching. You might want to add some racing seats. That will help dress up the interior nicely. the only thing i would do to the outside is drop it like an inch and a half and switch the rims...they're nice, just not my style. but if you like them then hey what the hell right? its just my 2 cents...
When changing gears in life, remember Find 'em, don't Grind 'em.
2003 Silver LS Sport Coupe 5-speed
Mmmm, not much of a fan. The body kit isn't me. The tails aren't me. The engine isn't me. Haha.
To each their own. At least you're keeping it clean. Now drop it!!
A drop and some black mesh will do it some good for sure!
I have the same kit on my white cavy....looks good.
looks pretty good just drop it, change the tails, and take off the emblems then you'll be set.
Looks good. Those rims will be just fine but a drop kit would give it a more snug look.
i dont particularly like the kit, and the blue grills suck
i would like the yota tails alot better but on a white car i can tolerate the chrome altezzas, i dont like the rims much and after a drop it will be much nicer
as for the interior i like the stock look with a nice glow at night
keep it up bro
