Been a while since the sunfire has seen any action from me so I'm giving her a few changes.

Current little project is headlights. Nothing really new since everyone else is doing it now a days but it's going to be alittle time till they are completly done. For the setup i got the Hella 90mm Low beam projectors and high beam reflector based modules. Origfinally idea was to put both in the housing but there is no space for it unless you cut everything out and i didn't want to get into all of that...because i'm not very good with fiberglassing. Please excuse the roughness as this headlight wasn't in very good shape and is the pratice one so i can get all the measurements and pratice cuts on it. I plan on using the McCULLOCH 5300K H9 kit with the wiring harness for the low beam projectors. Also going to incorparate some leds for turn sigs inside the housings. As for the high beams....i need to check into state law...but if it permits they will be mounted in the turn sig spots ont he streetfire front if they fit.

Ok ...well on to the pics. More updates to come in the near future as more stuff gets done and she goes to the paint shop.























Other then that...once everything is cut and fits right. I am painting them flat black and putting the clear lens on from IZN Tribel Inc. The headlights give a good light out put with just the hologen H9 bulbs and they have the Z cut off shield in them so it should look decent when all done. Hope you enjoyed.

I"m good with the wiring...It's going to be plug and play actually since i had it all wired up for the 03 headlights allready. high beam harness fits because they are both H9 bulbs (hella's and 03 sunfire high beam) just gotta check the low beam harness since the 03's use a H11 but i have a feeling the connector is the same...if not..no biggy...just get another H9 connector and i'm good to go again. But yes...i'm going back to the 2000 style lights.....i just miss the old look of my car and with a few other little things i think it will be better then this fiberglass crap i have on right now. CF ramair hood is going bye bye too hopefully to someone since i have no need for it now.
