On my way home from work, I stopped off at a few spots in New London and Sunapee, New Hampshire, where the rivers and lakes that are getting kinda high (WHERE ARE THEY NOT?!) and took some pics. I know the sedan needs a bath lol, but the rain can only do so much! In the pics with the air plane, the water has risen 4 feet, and the rivers are easily 3 feet high. The golf course is about 50% under water, those pics are the tip of the ice burg. The pics with the kids is the other end of the lake where the air plane is.
















A drainage main burst under the pavement, notice the reflection of the lights off of parts of the pavement.














Enjoy! This is going to have a pretty large repair bill once this water goes down.

nice pics, if those pics are of lake sunapee, my grandfather has a house right on that lake, i go there every summer and winter, its so much fun. i love it there

well, i think everyone's house values will go up.

because now more people will have waterfront property

wow man that sucks! i like the first pic with the cav driving right up to the water, too bad you couldnt get it photoshopped to have the cav parting the water. but yeah we got all that rain down here in CT too. got 2 friggin inches last night alone, the sub pump is kicking on today which isnt good, that means the water table is getting high under the house ( were over one of those underground lake things ) and me and lindsey have an apt in the basement. ah well, i hope all this damn rain stops so i can get my car ready friday for the NE-Jbody meet. you going to that?

I would gladly take some of that water down here in florida. It's so dry down here and I'm starting to smell fires. I can only hope that it rains soon.
