Yeah I wish they were that kinda dirty pics too...

Lets clear a couple things up before we get started...

1. Lower it, yes, definately, its next up on the list, but I ran out of cash this month, and probably next month, so maybe July after I get to Texas.

2. The rear is not attached.

3. There are still some minor fitment issues under the headlights and the corners of the doors.

Collapsed under the car, luckily I had the tires/rims on at the time, otherwise I woulda completely screwed up my kit. I was lowering the rear jack, jack got all the way down in the back, went to put my hand on the front one, and heard it give, jumped back, and the @!#$ hit the ground.

and yes spare tire jacks blow ass, I had the spare tire jack on a 2000 Monte Carlos fold like a pretzle, unfortunetly I didn't have the wheel on, the rotor landed on my foot, luckily the bumper and a couple other places hit, that caught most of the weight, I wasn't hurt at all but it was aenough to pin my foot under it untill we could get the car up. Ever since I haven't used a spare tire jack.

i like it aloot. thats a shiny radiator..

i remember when i changed all 4 wheels and tires on my car when i only had a emergency jack.. woulda suck to get half way and that happen to me.. Do u have to use it to get ur car high enough for a regular jack or were u just using it as a second jack to get all 4 off the ground at once?

I can't get my regular floor jack under the sideskirts, so I was using that to raise the front up to get the stands under it.

oh yes...
imagine being on a highway approx 3 hours from home and blowing a flat...then jacking up the car, taking off the wheel, backing up to put the wheel down on the side of the road and turning around to see the car falling onto the cement...
yeea
luckily the pretzel of a jack kept the front end and brake spindle/rotor from hitting the ground...but then i had to call a real tow truck and get a real jack...
3 hour trip took 5 on the stupid spare tire
GM reimbursed me for the tow truck expense and got me a new jack...they suck
