The msd really doesnt have any interaction with the HP tuners however once its hooked back up it prob will effect the AFR a bit

If you are putting the GMSC on your ECO, DONT get it flashed or HPT will not work..

it might be too early to tell but i think im starting to see a trend with mine whenever the AFR goes above 12.2 the knock retard starts and in that pic your above that, ill have to confirm with your other logs but I think i may have found the issue
