cool but how is no insulation under the carpet a good thing?

drops a few pounds off the car. i would take the carpet completly out, but you sit lower with out it in. And its nice to keep some of the heat from the ground and exhust out of your car. lol.

I beleave stripping all the sound dampinging and insulation is called the Jeffie Diet? I can't remember who had a long ass thread about it. They took theirs out, and about 300 post asking why were made.
