after a 5 hour drive to Aurora, OH and then another 5 hours back to Indy in less than 24 hour time period, my well awaited drop has arrived. it took dan, my buddy danny, and myself less than 2 hours to complete. he was well surprised as was I. I thought it would take about 4-5 hours and then be rushed to get back home for a 4th of July party. it was worth the trip.
for those not in the mideast forum, i posted
WTT: stock for drop. dan from ohio posted i had to buy him #1 at mcdonald's and a 40 oz beer and come to ohio to do the swap. i didn't think he was serious so i planned to leave either friday night or saturday morning to swap in a day and drive back. after an amazing $97 even for the trip, swap, and food here are the pics. even managed to get 400 miles to the tank on the way there...going just a lil under 100. i think i need to adjust my front strut as it's sittin a little higher in the front.
before:
stock front shot
stock side shot
stock rear (notice first license plate) shot
after:
new front shot
new front corner shot
new side shot
new rear (new PLP too) shot
eibach spring and kyb agx struts (thanks for being red)
comments and questions welcome. i know you've all seen an eibach pro-kit install before. and i thought it looks like photobucket doesn't like when i change the aspects of the first 8 pics and the last one is how i wanted and have them saved.

RIP JESSE GERARD.....Youll always be in my thoughts and prayers...
looks real good. stance looks almost like my goldline set up. now lets see some rims on that beast.
i live my life a quarter pounder at a time!
looks nice man, but the front does look to be way higher than all the rest
Looks pretty nice and you have a clean car. I see you live in Danville; me too. We should get together sometime for a little photo shoot or something.
Looking nice, I like the license plate too
lovin it.
red makes me happy.
i'm baaaaack!!
thats weird that its sittin a tit uneven...but it still looks great.
maybe loosening up the front struts a little will let it settle down a bit.
Drop looks good. The way the cavaliers should have came stock. I don't think it looks uneven.
is your e-brake up? because when i put my e-brake up it makes the car sit lower in the back.

nope never use the e-brake unless i leave car running. i noticed that on everyone else that posts they always have their ebrake up and it doesn't make any sense. i need to adjust the front struts i think. and i don't think my 2 12's make it that heavy in the back.

Are the fronts set soft? The weight of the box may do it. I have hardly anything in my trunk most of the time, and my car looks even (still cant figure that out)
I can't stand that sagged or level look for some reason. It looks good on most cars (the level look) but I seriously dig the stock raked look haha. Call me weird.....but whatever. I'm seriously just thinking about getting some AGX's or something on stock springs.
Either way your car is coming together nice! Once that sag goes away with some suspension tweaking it'll sit nice!
