Alright washed the car up and snapped some pics of all the exterior mods I got done this summer including the new hood that finally got here last week after waiting over two and a half months and the trunk that we just painted last weekend. Let me know what you think.

I love that car. I have that same trunk on my car too. How long did it take you to align it up perfect

Redcavy98/green machine, to be honest the trunk lid still needs a little work to get it ligned up right. I have to bend the torsion bars so that they don't push up on the trunk lid quite as much. I also have to put some more gasketting on the bottom of the trunk lid so it seals completely. Thanks for the comments so far guys, keep em coming.

Looking good, now all you need is to drop it and get different outers, like some 00-02 outers would be nice on there, or toyos, but looks good man!

Gregoiro, drop probably won't happen as long as this is my daily driver the front already bottoms out enough the way it is. I do have 00-02 stock outers but I personally like the clear outters better, it looks cleaner because they match the color of the car better in my opinion.

IZN, yes we do get snow here in Wiscnonsin but the hill actually makes most of its own snow. This particaular hill has probably the best snow making capabilties in the state and is usually one of if not the first hill to open each year. Ski hills around here typically have a base of hard packed snow of about a foot. It doesn't snow enough around here to get that kind of base with out making the snow. The water is pumped from the ponds to the snow machines to make the snow. I think the sign is there mainly for when the hill is open in winter as a warning for legal purposes incase some one gets hurt, I used to fish out of the ponds when they had them stocked a few years back.

Brian, I would love to get some of the door strikes but they don't make them anymore. Short of finding a used set or custom making my own I don't think it'll happen. I've thought about putting clear corners on for a while now and just haven't gotten around to it yet, probly will be doing that in the future.

Thanks for the comments guys.

not a huge fan of the door skins...they look incomplete cuz you took off the door moldings. and your exhaust is crooked and stick out too far. other than that, its nice looking. i wish i would have held on to my stock z24 rims...

GO PATS!!!

im not a fan at all of the drift kit, only reason being, is the kit is soo low, and your wheel gap is huge as hell....... good work though!!!

That's one of my biggest dislikes about having the drift kit. I'd love to lower the car to get rid of wheel gap but can't really afford to be any lower than it already is. I bottom the front out enough the way it is.

Hmm... Get some 19's, clear headlight corners, and you'll be good.

Other than that, the car looks amazing! Great job so far!

I would use a set of Pro-Kit springs with the kit.. its a 1.5 inch drop so you will lose wheel gap but still drivable..

here is mine ( Drift front / Type J sides / Type J Rear )

STOCK HEIGHT

1.5" Drop
