Well i have been sick for a few days and i woke up at 11 saturday and was like what should i do? So i decided to drive to the store to get some more stuff to clean my car. I got myself a clay bar and new filter for my mr clean car wash. Which i love using.

So i started out washing it, did the whole mr clean auto dry thing, i like using it and it really works. well for me atleast. i come out after its all dry, and start the claybar process. and let me tell you, if you have never done this, go do it right now. it takes a long time if you really want to do a great job. it took me about 2 hrs to do the whole car, body kit and all. i did half my hood at first to feel the difference and boy could you tell, one side was like sandpaper the other was smooth as glass.

After that, the clay bar kit came with some mothers cleaner wax. so then i did the whole cleaner wax which took quite a while. i did notice some more of a shine after i used that stuff. After that i moved onto the regular meguiars gold class wax. that stuff is amazing. i ended up putting on 2 coats of wax just because i was bored.

After all that i was really impressed with the results...

The nose is 3.5" off the ground. The skirts are 2.5" off the ground, i would love some Buddy Club 2 sides since the ones i have on there now do not match at all. Im thinking the BC2 because they have the little indent in them like my front and rear. Plus the ones on there now are all cracked, and they get knicked up from gravel easily. But thanks for the comments.

The mesh is going to stay since it fills the hole that would be there, plus the front of the kit has mesh in it so i think it fits and is going to stay, i didnt tire shine because i drive it a lot and we just got a few loads of fresh gravel for my driveway, anyone know what fresh gravel + tire shine =? some of the nastiest brown wheels ever. otherwise i would have shined them up.

Got on top of my house for those pics. i thought of a few more places to take some today, rather than my house. but its supposed to rain today and there is no way to keep my car out of it and i just tire shined my tires and engine bay for all those who said to.

all that work and no tire shine.. shame shame.
