well this is how my box came to be in its current postion and it sounded pretty damn good for not being fully completed
now I was planning on ripping the fiberglass off the skeleton and reuse the main sections but I dont think i'm going to be able to
So what I think I'll do is Use the box in its current state and pull measurements from it since I know how it fits and get the basics main structure before I figure out my actual layout this time around
Also what I'm wanting to do is build a tonneau cover to cover the rear that will have hinges on it so I can raise it at shows to show the system underneith
similar to John317's setup
so the cover will sit inside the top cover
Now I'm sure this is going to take me awhile to complete so bear with me I work tues-sats 11-8 and will have off and on access to my garage and being its coming on winter well we will just see what happens

looks good man, a tip i can give you with glassing is... the nicer you stretch your fleece, the nicer it will come out and the less amount of work you will have to do. 1 wrinkle is probably 20min more work. keep it up, if you ever need any advice just ask id be glad to help!
im sure it will look good and i can be paitent if you provide me with updated pics once and a while

"heed that advice geeds"
except i'd say a wrinkle can cost you more then an hour of labor if your not using air tools. take more time working on your frame work and wrapping it and you will have a ton less work.

dont know the Z isn't going anywhere till the suspension is done the guy who was going to weld up my control arms can't do it so I have to get them back and have someone else do them and then go get them powdercoated. then install and get an alignment done

my only advice is to take your time on the glassing. let it dry properly its when you rush that you mess up. and for the love of jehovah tell me that you are not gonna run some sony woofers geeds
What the h3ll is all that stuff doing on top of a GTO and a Vette!? I don't think GM ever intended those to be shelves! Your box project looks great by the way.
