the black part looks weird... Did you try to texture it like the factory black plastic in there? If so, maybe you could paint the factory plastic also so that they have the same sheen.

With the exception of the clear side lens, I really like these. This is similar to what I want to do for my 03 (We'll talk soon!). Does this retain the height adjuster? Looks like it might, but can't tell from the pics. If you could do somthing similar in CF, or if you already have, I would like to see some pics.

my only suggestion is to solder and heatshrink all connections. i think its something that should deffinately be done in place of crimp connectors.
Otherwise those headlights would make me switch to an 03.... wait maybe not
