can you believe that the black cav once looked like this
someone bought my 97 cav a few days ago. i let the guy have it for $50 cuz the interior was gutted, the exterior sucks, and there is no exhaust whatsoever. the guy is actually gonna use it for figure 8 racing or whatever its called. he and his friends race beat up cars at farm shows.
as for my ls sport, i think its time to purchase some rims. i've had my eye on these for a while, but i don't know anything about the quality of the wheels. they are 17" drag dr17s. discounttiredirect has them for $106/each.
if i do decide to get those i'll wrap them with these
comments, complaints, suggestions are more than welcome
nice parts man. those rims should look real good on your cav. and wow, pretty funny seeing that once turboed GMX kitted primered cav. lol it looks shiny though, probably the wetness.

yeah, those rims do look like FN01R-C knock offs, but the 5Zigens aren't universal.
you'll love those tires though! that's what's on my car right now, and they're awesome.

Man, I can't believe that black cav. Used to be one of my favs... O well, the silver one looks good as always. And I have always loved those style of rims; will look really good on your car.

damn, i had no idea the reveco TB's were that nice... i may have to re-consider these guys.
i especially like the NOS "cobra" spray bar... that is cool lookin man, did you notice an improvement?
as for the rims, i like them... i just dont like the center, see if you can get them to make u a custom set that only has the 5 lug holes for the 5X100 pattern, i think that would look much better, i sure wish drag would put center caps on their rims. also...ive found that drag wheels seem to be lighter than most aftermarket rims, so good on their part in that department.

they are 5Zigen knock offs and they're about half the price of the real ones. i'm still undecided, the whole "you get what you pay for" thing is on my mind right now. it might be better for me to just pay the extra $80-100 per wheel and get the real 5Zigen wheels.

i miss the black one too, but even with boost that 3 speed auto was sloooooooowwww. so i parted it out and bought the ls sport back in june/july and i couldn't be happier. ecotec FTW

i haven't had a chance to get the bottle filled yet, so i can't tell you whether or not the spray bar actually makes a difference. there's only one place near me that fills nitrous bottles, but after talking to the guy, i'm not sure if i'd let him fill the bottle. he said it would take roughly 2-3 hours to fill my 5lb bottle. he said that his shop doesn't have an expensive pump so they have to freeze the bottles before they fill them in order to get the gas to go in. does that make sense to anyone? i'll admit that i know absolutely nothing about filling a nitrous bottle, but that just seemed kind of weird to me.
i agree with you 100% on the center of the wheels, i hate the dual bolt pattern. i've also heard that their wheels are lighter than most other manufacturers, but i haven't seen any hard numbers on how much the wheels actually weigh.

Alias as far as I know drag wheels are good...
but shop around man I got my real fno1rc's for 145 a piece, 18's in matte Black.... with those tires...
