well, better not get 18s then, cause it will be way worse than the stock 4x4 look, hell even 17s are pretty bad!!
before the drop
after
note dont mind the sticker VERY OLD PIC lol
to show that its not there anymore lol
I just ate...pics of unlowered J's with rims will make it come back up.
well I guess I should stay away from rims if I dont plan on lowering my car?
16s if you arent lowering.
whats wrong with lowering your car? I don't care how rough your roads are, you can get around without a problem if you're not an idiot. It's fairly inexpensive and the car handles way nicer, and looks a million times better. Dropped on 18's is how a J was supposed to look. Way sporty look. Car looks stupid on rims and not lowered.

So how exactly do you "get around with no problem" when the entrance to my area has a LOT of custom made speed bumps by the land lords that are not rounded off and literally stand 6/7 inches off the street at peak? So cause I have rims, I should lower my car, destroy the underside, scrap the hell out of the exhaust, lose my underbodies . . . cause its sporty and thats how a J is supposed to look...?
kick your landlord in the gooch... there are cars that come from the factory lower than a j with a decent drop....
On the other hand....you have other fingers.
I just bought a 20 inch widescreen ultrasharp flat pannel..I'm going to have to subscribe to the high quality porn places now......damn
Well it's not that clean, but here's mine from last summer, I kinda went broke soon after and couldn't lower it, but don't think I'm going to anymore, I wanna save up for a cobalt instead!

air... raise the car to get into the lot, drop the car once you're there...
i'm with the majority on this one... j's with 18's need a drop... even a mild one will be better than stock height.

i still agree w/ paul. if you know the roads you can drive a lowered car. some places you just cant go though. whenever you go over speed bumps or up and down inclines you have to go on an angle and go over them. this way you wont scrape. its pretty easy actually. you may scrape alittle but its not that bad.

I have nothing but crappy roads in my town and i do just fine. if your not a dumbass then you will be fine droped on 18s
Here is my car not lowered. It is not extrememly bad imo, but I would agree on lowering with 18's. I'm saving up for struts as we speak for my setup.
my friend josh lives in dayton. His curb going into his driveway was a solid 6-8" high. I was lower with a streetfire kit, which is about as low as you're gonna get without air. By knowing how to drive, I got in his drive even though I DEFINITELY didn't have that much ground clearance. Just hit everything at an angle....the more the angle, the bigger things you can go over
