Glad you're ditching the exhaust, and yup that wing doesn't look good on any car. But the fact that you have some pretty sweet turbo stuff going in make me not care so much.

Looking good. Why does the Cobalt SS logo in the first pic look photoshopped in?? It's obviously not because of the other pics, but it stands out big time in the first pic.
Spoiler looks very natural on the cav. Always been a fan of no inners.

It would look better IMO if the spoiler were cut in half and WIDENED a few inches to match the width of the car. Look too tall and not wide enough? Get what I mean? I like the Cobalt with it Better. I was gonna buy a Black Cobalt SS just for how it looked.

I do see what you mean, I think it is because after i took the pics they were kind of dark so i put them in photoshop and brightened them and increased the contrast so you could see them better. and i did it really quick just so they were fairly clear. its a @!#$ty digi cam, i broke my good one.
dropping a cam on pavement is not a good idea...
I know what you mean about the Cobalt spoiler, but Cobalts are even bigger overall than a Cav and i think it looks even more out of place on them, black especially. Just my opinion though. My boyfriend wanted his off, and I wanted a wing, so it worked out fine.

ahah other than that the car looks decent. You should get a cf hood to match the trunk. Not really a fan of the wing but if you like it that's all that matters.
thanks, and im planning on getting black fiberglassed hood and paint my roof black, along with following the paint from the hood and trunk, straight down into the bumpers. thats they thought for now. and yes the mufflers are going and being replaced with an entirely different exhaust system....

and that is my boyfriend's SS/SC (i got the wing off of it) with a 2.7 pulley and 42 lb injectors running at up to 150 duty cycle at WOT .... lol.... we need to get it some 60's asap
The wing looks different, I think it looks much better on the Cavy than on the Cobalts. Although it does look too short, I'd strech it out, so it's even along the tail.
With some rims and a kit, it would look really good imo.
i have 15" factory LS alloy, i might paint them, not sure yet (shes in her winter steelies currently). Also, right now performance is #1 on the list, (finish the turbo kit and rebuild the motor from head to block) and then its getting a nice low drop and i will be working on the rest of the 'two tone'..
The SS wing doesn't bother me. I sort of like it. I did a quick 'shop to see if widening it makes much difference.

I realy like what u did ther with the wing from the SS to the cav ive always waned to do that but havent gotten around to it have to much other important stuff to put in right now BUT urs looks GREAT ! !

tristan, i also have other stuff im putting my focus on, but my boyfriend and i took it off his car maybe 6-8 months ago and i finally got around to getting a trunk i like to put it on.

You're going to paint your roof black? Ehhhhh I don't know if that would look good. Like i said, I think a CF hood would do just fine to compliment the trunk lid.
well the trunk is black fiberglass, so if i had a carbon hood it would bug me, unless i painted it black. and i think that if the roof was black it would flow better. may not end up doing it if i like how it looks without it.
Jazer, honestly and you can take with a grain of salt. I would just paint the trunk and spoiler to match the car so it's atleast got a cleaner lookin going on. Thats just what I would do though. Lookin good though cant wait to see the exhaust setup you have planned.

Ohh man do i feel dumb lol. Sorry about that but yeah glad to see women doing stuff to the 2.2 also lol. I kind of like the wing on the cav too but i dot think you should drop it , and add a body. Just a thought
