I finally made it out to the track this spring. It sucks that it was almost 75 degrees out, cuz the car was running rediculously hot. I'm happy with my times. I know they could definitely be better. I just need more practice on launching my car. My 60ft times suck and third gear in the auto tranny sucks too. Oh well, it was fun.

I never got line up against anything that i could remotely keep up with. the slowest car i got to run with ran an 11.2. all the other cars i ran with were running high 9s and low 10s.

hopefully i'll get to go to the track when i'm back in Pittsburgh next weekend. I'd like to get to the track as much as possible. i really need to work on a bunch of things and theres no substitute for experience. it sucks that i spent 7 hours at the track and only got 4 runs. oh well.

I heart track days. Hopefully we'll have some cooler weather next time.

Man how do you get such nice cars out at the track? Ours are full of civics all the time.

Atleast u got some better times, trap speed on ur 3rd run was nice, i cant wait to actually be able to run with you at PRP

How many pounds of boost are you running? I feel like i've seen s/c ecos running 13's, but I could be wrong.... anywaise your car looks, and performs very nicely!!

i know, it sucks that all the cars i raced were done by the time i hit the 1/8 mile. but i wasn't looking to beat people, i was just trying to get some seat time and work on some things.

one of these days i'll make it out there. i'd definitely like to go to a track where i'm not the only j-body racing. depending on the weather on this coming weekend, i might make a trip out to PRP

most 5-speed supercharged ecos run 13s. i'm auto so i'm at a disadvantage there. i usually see 10psi, sometimes 11. third gear in the auto tranny is terrible, as soon as it shifts into third the car just crawls from 75-90+. what i really need is a 45 degree track day. the car feels so much stronger when its cold outside and doesn't sit in the sun for an hour between each run

Autotrans intercepter... bigger heat exchanger and alky injection will help

yeah man, that would suck... are there any say like friday night or sat. night races you could run at? there's usually a lot more street-driven cars at those type's of deals. u would most certainly get to run more times.

i can remember one night i ran my 97Z 19 times, AND it was pretty bizy, i freaked out the guys running the track-they told me that i was nuts to race that many times, i said... nope, i paid to race, im here to race, and thats what im going to do.


NICE times man, thats not bad knowning you have an auto, not too bad if i may say so myself. great job!

Nice shots and times! The car is looking good!

Only thing I can complain about is the loud/annoying exhaust.

Otherwise, very nice car.
