After researching all winter for what kind of tires I was going to get this spring, I decided on these: Falken Zeix ZE-329 High Performance All Season tires at 225/50/16. I had them put on last Thursday and I am extremely impressed. Even though there weren't very many reviews for this specific tire, I went with them anyway. They are queiter, smoother, and stick to the road much better than the crappy eagles rsa's. In the pics they are already dirty due to me having a 1/8 mile long gravel driveway and also the wheelwells are filthy. I am going to fully detail the car, wheels, and interior sometime in the upcoming months.

I also got my new gauge cluster put in. I bought it from Samantha (thanks again), and it is from Black Cat Customs. I guess it's supposed to look like carbon fiber. I just like the design on the gauge face, whether it is trying to look like cf or not. The cluster has the 140mph conversion and also lights up red at night (the pictures make it look orange and super bright).

Also got on my rear strut bar after putting it off forever. It's just an ebay bar, but you can't beat it for the price. It came highly polished and with it on I can definitely feel it making my car more solid. Anyway onto the pics....(C&C always welcome).

They filled them up to right around 30 psi and they filled them up with nitrogen, not air. They said it is something new they are doing and it helps with the smooth ride and makes the tires last longer so I am trying it out, and liking it so far.

Yeah I am really happy with the way everything looks on it right now. The antenna can be found here. Don't get it if you listen to the radio (I lost all reception, but I have my iPod so I could care less). Here are some pretty old pics showing the antenna as good as I can...

btw, i have seen that kind of antenna other places, so you might shop around before you get the one exactly like it got (cause its kinda pricey)

Getting "better built" for the '08...

Indeed I love it man VERY clean. One question being if the antenna kills the radio option why not just shave it off all together ?

Maybe because a 10 dollar antenna is cheaper than welding and having the quarter panel repainted? Just guessing...

lookin good man, coming along nicely. btw if you want a nice short antenna, go with this guy on ebay. i've bought one for my cav and blazer. looks good and no loss in reception

Exactly. And I like the look of the antenna I have, and also like I said I never use my radio at all.
