i took these a few weekends ago and am just getting aroung to posting. some form jspeed may have seen these before but some are new too. with my new rims i decided to wax and clean the car througly. this is probaly how it will look for most of the summer.
its a lot of photos but i dont take menny because i have to borrow a camera to do it.
id like to hear what you think. i do know that its in need of some body work but its getting there.









i took a few of my system. none of it is brand new, but it better than the one i bought new before! i think they are actualy jl w0 (the new ones are w7) so its quite old. and the alpine tv is used too but it like a 2000 model. picture looks great and has lots of features. all in all im happy with it. great sounding bass too.
eventualy i will be replacing the rest of the speakers and get a 4 chanel amp.

lookin good, what exactly is that mounted under the seat? looks like an amp... but not?

really like your pedals to, they rule.

looks good, but your need to wax it or something. seems really flat in places.

also, do you have any exhaust pics from under the car?

actualy it was just waxed. the problem is some of the panels have bean repaired and only base painted. thats why its flat black on the fenders but not doors ect. it was all done befor i got the car. no under the car pics, never thought of it, plus difucult to get under there sorry. it does have a header into stock cat then i think the magnaflow exhaust is just axle back (y pipe or something).

the tails are starting to fog up anny way so im starting to think about changing them but not right now, too menny other things i need to do. and its my 'brain' for the screen mounted under the seat. it looks a bit messy but trust me it was hard to get all them wires to look even that good. it has all the inputs/ outputs plus it powers the spaekers.

Getting some fresh paint on it would be a top priority on the mod list if I were you. I lnow you said you are working on it so I it will look good soon. My car had a tan interior at one time. I swapped it all out and am very glad I did. To me it was definatly worth it.Keeping a tan interior clean is a never ending battle. I am a big fan of VHT nightshaded tails although it is probably not legal. I think those look better than stock and better than toyos. If you do not already have aftermarket moter mounts I would get some. They help alot with wheel hop.

shave the side moldings so it all flows.

Tail some what pull it off with the silver rims and chrome tips but swapping back to stock would be an improvement or a nice set of 95-99 toyo tails.

Other than that great job you did a really good job choosing your rims.

nice man looks very clean and im still lovin those rims

car looks good but you need to remover that "power chip" from under your dash because its really just an "expensive paper weight"

does nothing for your performance believe me, i was silly enough to buy one when i was younger

love the car,I would VHT your stockers and slap those back on,love the exhaust,and have you thought of changing the shifter?Chrome maybe?All in all,looks good!

no stock tails left. my friend who had it before me threw out the origanal ones. and yah, the power chip hasnt bean turend on since before winter. yet annother thing that was allready on my car, dont think ill bother taking it out because it can simply be switched off.
i may i will just vht over the chrome ones, if i dont like it then ill get diff ones black or cf maby.
i have looked into motor mounts after getting the header (and i did have weel hop at the track last year) but just cant afford it now.
thinking of taking all molding off and getting newer z24 badges, but then my paint will look worse so not untill before im ready to paint it. probaly wont be for annother year. too menny things i need and not enough money unforunataly.
happy with it at this stage, looking good for the summer hmmm that reminds me i still ned to get the ac fixed too.
lots of insperation for modding comes from this site so keep it up

very nice car. love the stereo. only gripe is the tails.
