I wouldn't think that your insurance would go up if you claimed it. You didnt cause the dents it was hail. Talk to your insurance company and find out. Sucks so see that though.

Thats not all that bad. Just last weekend there was softball size hail about an hour away from me. Had pics and video on the news. It shattered over 300 new cars on the dealer lots, not to mention everyone else's vehicles plus damage done to roofs, etc. I have never seen it so bad before. I could live with a few dents, but nonetheless suck. Sorry to hear about it.

Sounds like a plan...I'm going to my body shop for an estimate when they get back from lunch. I'll keep you guys posted after I talk to the insurance company.

And I got off lucky....I just got back from the body shop...there was a truck there with 7 places in his windshield and there is no telling how many dents in the body. It looked like a giant golf ball with all those dents!
I don't think the storm went too much further south than Clayton...so that's probably why you didn't get any in Gainesville. It pretty much just hit most of Rabun County, and that's it.

dent king is good with those....never used em but heard good things...
We got hit too. I took a shot when it first started cuz it was wierd to get hail in the middle of summer with like 80 degree weather. I put the car in the garage luckily before it got bad. The hail got a lot bigger and some branches and @!#$ got knocked down later on when it got worse.

I got hit couple years ago with a hail storm.
I called my Insurance comapny and they claimed it as an ACT OF GOD. They can not charge you extra for this as its not your or anyones fault.
This is just about the only time you can get some moeny back from your insurance company. lol
sucks to hear that man. luckily the insurance company will take care of it.
but better the DD than the drop top, right?

Yeah, thats for sure. Luckily the Drop top was at home where the storm missed completely.
Apparently the insurance is going to probably do the PPG Paintless Repair system on the car....I won't find out for sure until Tuesday, but that sounds like that's what they are trying to get most of the county to do to save on money. Anybody had any experience with this?

Find a PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR guy to fix them, no need for body filler and paint on something a professional can fix with it.
These are the guys who repair cars on the dealers lots. Expect to pay around 20-30 per dent. I'm sure they will work with your insurance too.
Was typing as you were posting^^^^
I've had work done on my car and it looks GREAT! That is what they do.

CRAP...that is a lot of hail.
Just show your insurance company the same pictures you just showed us. What can they say about that?? Mine got repaired after some crazy hailstorm last year and my insurance company told me everything would be OK. Got dented for 900$.
