loving your cav man. the gtp got you

its funny that i got ripped on for having ram air stickers on a functional ram air hood, when this guy has an SE that never came with ram air, went out and bought the ram air intake piece and has an aftermarket intake that completely doesnt go near where the ram air piece goes...

the grand prix has way too many pep boys "mods"... the graphics, pinstriping, headlight covers, tail lights, wing, all make it look terrible, if he simply removed all that.... and had just a straight up white grand prix bagged on the chrome rims, i wouldnt have a damn bad thing to say about it!

your car looks good. congrats on the 2nd place, shows more often than not are judged on quantity and not so much quality or over all visual appeal, so i can understand the GP beating you. your car still looks way better

On the other hand....you have other fingers.

thanks man, i appreciate the comments, and yes... i do know about the juding, i myself prefer the judges that go for how nice a car is rather than how it looks in their personal opinion.

the grand am- he didnt buy anything lol, it was given to him, freebie!!! anyways, the ram air part isnt exactly as functional as the stock setup on a 3400, BUT it does feed the area around the intake fresh and cool air, the section that rams the air to the intake is actually about only 6 inches away. believe me, it DID help at higher speeds.

car looks real good dude. sorry about being a dick to you before, i shouldnt get pissed about your opinion on things. all of ours is different. hope you accept my apology. one suggestion tho, i think you should paint handles and mirrors (not the whole mirror). other wise lookin good.

thanks man, i apoligize as well. one day i'll get the handles and locks shaved! well, until then if i can scrape up enough cash i'll get the handles painted soon. i need to get a few other things done and off my check list beforehand though. as for the mirrors, i honestly can say i'll never get them painted, there going to stay black. i like the way the section with the mirror, windows and rubbing molding is all in one shape and its all completly black, i think it would take away from that look by painting the mirrors, idk... its just my thing i guess.

thank you everybody for the kind words!!!!

and the grand prix is a GT not a gtp

hahhaa, man you have no idea how funny it is when little kids and even some adults come up and say "OMG ITS GOT NAWS!!!!" they act like its so scary its seriously the funiest thing ever. even the guys down at the street races and such do it, my buddy (wade jarvis) on here showed everybody his m45 on his 02 Z and then they came over and saw mine and were like "naws!!!!" little do they know that wade's car walked all over mine, didnt spray.. but i bet it would anyways.

Congrats on the trophy! Always been a fan!!

Funny about the "NAWS" thing as I too find everyone asking me if mine does and I say no but it's got an M62 supercharger and they just walk away!

Grand Prix looks good I think but I'm old so you can dismiss my thoughts!

Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
