Well the parts pile for the GTC is growing. Unfortunately there will be no new parts on in time for the bash thanks to my wheels being on back order still (more info farther down)

anyways..... this is the photos and media forum so on with the pics... and some of you will be happy to know I don't believe in the guess whats in the box game





first is the motor on the stand in my shed, as you can see its pretty much new, its CLEAN. I have the rest of the stock parts, flywheel, intake manifold, TB, etc.. laying in the garage.













Next..... traction new tires compared to stock tires also a pop can thrown in to get an idea of the actual size... these thing a meaty as hell. BTW I'd post pics of the wheels I bought back in May but they are STILL on @!#$ backorder, I bought Motegi Traklite's in flat black, Motegi is estimating Septemeber!!!! before they are off of back order and ready to ship. @!#$s.












Hahn stage 2 kit spread out over the spare bedroom/ parts room hahaha and a pic of it all together that I took a little while ago.














And finally... potential for lots and lots of reliable power. The first couple parts for the engine build.







And today Mr. UPS came to visit and work.... with all the go power I have to be able to stop










I have a few more things coming next week and theres still a list of things I need to get to make this all come together, but when its done.... its gonna be a FUN ride to say the least

story time for those who care...


I pulled that motor from a car in dayton. I had no way of getting a truck, so I used a cherry picker, put the top down, and set it in the backseat of my cav. I strapped it down, and made the 6 hour trek to chicago

Ryan (Darkstars) proceeded to stuff an engine hoist in his g/f's LEXUS' backseat. The seats don't fold down, imagine the rest.

THEN...we had to assemble (or watch ryan assemble) the stand, so we could bolt the engine to the stand in the front yard, and roll the stupid stand through the yard, across some landscaping paving stones into the backyard, and UPHILL into the shed.

we did everything probably about as hard as we could have made it....but we did make it

looks like a lot of $ but that the best way to go

I got the 1.0's the original 5-spoke design and yes I'm pretay making it a racecar, not all out racecar but over built super relieable with lots and lots of ability... even though it'll still looks like @!#$ LOL

I haven't spent nearly as much as you would think... MOST of the money into this is money form parting out the silver cav, I have spent a lot but I got good prices on eveything I've got and and the money was already spent, now its just being reinvested from the show car project to the racecar project

and no the front ends aren't forsale. the extreme tuner one is gone, that went to my buddy Matt (the new Winks aka fatalic cavi) the stock LS sport front end and side skirts in the pic are going back on the silver cav, but the buddy club 2 side skirts and rear bumper with the middle done in carbon fiber you can see on the bed are for sale
