lol, although it does look really good and it looks a hell of a lot better than a massive chunk missing, why save tan

There's also a few threads in the interior section, Chris is a good guy. He said if you call them up to order, it'll save you a $14 processing charge.
That looks awesome
I talked my body shop into ordering my new bumper with the fog inserts instead of the regular ls sport/no fog bumper good luck
That an awsome idea !! Alot better than replacing the whole F'n dash. lol

Thanks guys! I'll post some more worthwhile stuff when I buy some more mods
Coming soon!
yeah it does look a hell of alot better, but what about all of the other cracks through the dash? my dash is to the point to were i can wiggle it, and not all of it moves. my girlfreinds dash is in 3 or 4 totally seperate peices. this is the bondo of dash repair. your not fixing the dammage, your just covering it up.
I am impressed that you found a color that matches to paint the coverlay with. It would not have looked right being a different color tan.

I glued the pieces all back together, and they held pretty good. I could hit it like if I was knocking on a door and they wouldn't budge. The rest of the dash has some small cracks in it, under the cover... hopefully it doesn't get worse. This is exactly what it is: a cover. We all know that in order to properly fix the dash, you have to find a whole new one and replace it. For those of us who haven't had any luck, this is the trick. It's glued to the old dash using silicone adhesive, and it ain't coming off.
It's a good, solid alternative. And I must say, it's pretty darn sturdy.
Hey Ray thanks for all the pics and the info on the dash cover. Just to let everyone know the processing fee on the internet orders is 8.00. If you call us direct I can wave that fee for you. The dash cover is made of a high heat resistant ABS plastic and comes with a lifetime warranty. We have been in business for over 26 years and stand behind every product that we make.
WOW that sucks what happened to your car. did you take it to Calvert Collision? How long is it going to take to get fixed?
Took it to West Texas Collision over on Ave N. They'll have the Cav for about 4-5 days.... and I'm stuck in a rental AVEO until then, bleh.
HMMM...That looks way better than any fiberglass work I've seen in person, and on here for a cover. Imma show this to the old lady.
I need to remake my Sig...Dam
Very nice!!!
By the way, what makes this cracks happen to your dash??? I live in Canada, with - 35degrees in winter and +30degrees in summer, also we have totally destroyed roads.
I'm on my second J-Body in 5 years and never got that!!! ???
