ok so ive been busy busy busy. first off id like to say i had alot of fun at the show (hosted by my club). we had a hell of a turn out this year, only thing that sucked was that we didnt get alot of pre entries so we had to minimize the classes. all in all it was great meeting everybody and putting new faces to names, and old friends. bbq,beer,j bodies, deltas, what more could you ask for? thanks for everybody coming out and supporting this show! on with the pics!!!!
but first. i had a lil project on wednesday last week,just a fewdays before the show. i grew some balls and decided to stick my 1 piece headlights in the oven
. took me a while but i got em done. i painted all the portiions of chrome on it. it came out pretty good for my first time. but for some reason it had some kinda protective film or clear coat on the headlight and when i got it out of the oven, the coat cracked and looks really crappy. but on a side note its flaking off and hopefully it will all be gone soon. i like them. even though there were a few guys at the show with the headlights, i stuck out cuz mine were blacked out

the red car got 1st place custom, the yellow cav(ecoclean) got best of show,
i got 2nd place custom
custom painted cobalt
my old setup i sold to rudy(white 4 door cav)
taken after judging. most of the cars were on the track
ps. ther were also a few guys at the show with the hotswaps, but again i was the one who stuck out cuz mine were color matched TORCH red

fasted was Sweet-P in the SC eco vert sunfire.....I believe she ran a 9.25 or something close like that.
When I saw the pics of the black cobalt with white wheels, I was thinking holy crap! Those look like Konig Toxxins, I haven't seen those in years! Way cool

Qwik2k2z24 yea i hear you man. but in all honesty i know the guy in the yellow car really good and im glad he got best of show. the other red car. well i woulda been pissed if hed of gotten best of show.what really got me annoyed was that he had the nerve to tell the guy that they both put in alot of hard work themselves and it shows. blah blah blah. im not saying they DONT do the work but i do my own work too and alot of people know this.it just sux that some people see you with good quality stuff and assume you paid a custom shop to do it.but either way thats the way stuff goes sometimes ya know? thanks for the comment man.

if i understand what your asking. i have the halos and the leds on separate switches. i dont ever use them though. if i could get rid of em i would lol
