and i am so sick and tired of every cavalier having "toyo" tails. please bear with me i bought my 4dr cav to be differnet. not be like these ricers and wanna be JDM. its a chevy i mean gimme a break people so annoyed of it. i checked out a post and every cav had toyo tails. what happened to building your car to be your own??by no means am i hear to brag or anything like that. my car isnt anything special but im not trying to make it a JDM TOYOTA cavalier i hope you all can wake up and walk your own path...

Having a seperate and SAFER turn signal on the back of my car is reason #1 for my Toyota Taillights.

Reason #2 is because its JDM tyte yo..

Im seriously dieing on that one. I can't stand it when people say that owning a cav (either 2 or 4 door) is different.
Please people. Cavaliers were such a high selling car in North America. There are sooooo many of them and alot of
custom ones, but don't say your "different".

Ha its like when people say "i got a cav cuz everyone has civics".... i mean come on.

And yes i own a cav.... but i dont kid myself about them being insanely common.

And your MR7 wannabe wheels are just insane original...come on man

And what about your car sets it apart from everything else out there?

Plus toyo tails look awesome, whether they are JDM or not...I'd like them either way...

Actually, I do see something that is "different" on your car. The GM badges on your fenders. I don't think I've seen anyone do that. So, congrats on being the first (maybe) to do that

I think if you wanted to be different getting the 2000 Toyota lights with the pink painted black would look hood on the car. Sorry you don't like the Toyota parts,but more people have things like you have done then people with Toyota lights. It is just people with Toyota's like to take pic's

I love the fact that they have their own blinker and that it matches my front corners and fender lights, plus they are hot looking

not sure why you'd want to put the GM badges on the fenders when they didnt already come with them. all the cobalt guys are ripping them off. we hate them.

We all need to stop putting things on our cars that someone else might already have, even if we like them.
You wouldn't want to run the chance of having the same taste as anyone else out there.

I would bet money that just about everyone on this site wants their car to be different, but if you like something, do it. Don't blow it off because it's popular or common.

Congrats, you put a Z24 front, some side skirts, and 00+ inner tails on your sedan. No one has ever done any of that before.

Instead of coming on here and putting down what a lot of people like, why don't you fix your dented trunk and rusted door, get an antenna that screws on all the way, and reclear your hood to get rid of all the highway chips in it.

Alright, you couldn't just say "here are some pics of my car. It is nothing special, but I like it and it's coming along", you had to post pics AND let everyone know how you think they're unoriginal because a few people have the same tails and how you are blazing your own path and being different.. and because you seem to be such a critic, I'm going to be and not go easy on this one at all....

1. HOLY @!#$TY PAINT! You can see rust that wasn't properly fixed bubbling back up through the paint. TONS of orange peel all over. I can see lots of @!#$ty sanding and body work showing through. especialy in that close up of the tail light.

2. That wing looks too short for the back of the car and just doesn't look good IMO.

3. Those rim's are by far one of the least original and most over done styles out there, Mr. Original.

4. Your bumper needs some crappy paint to match your car.

5. Both of your wiper blades are WAY too big.

6. what are you dropped on? This one I'm actualy curious about.

and finaly 7. Dare to be yourself and STFU please.

not around where im at... im mabe the only guy or cavi for that matter for miles that even has toyo tails. wanna be different buy a kia. and my cavi vert is built the way i want it. not exactly to where i want it just yet but close to it. jdm ? the toyo tails were made rite along side the american cavalier tails.. there just used and marketed in japan.. i dont see where your comming from at all...

this post is useless. we can all just sit here and argue that most everything gets played out. the only way u can b original is to make ur own things. for most people they just go with what they like thats available. so do what u want.
