This is a local customers car who i've know for just a little over year and ended up buying the majority of my 2200 parts when I was parting that out along with some other things people may notice ( my radio gauge bezel, c/f hood, etc.. ) But anyways, he was impressed with our work and Chris ( agentomega's) fully built sunfire he wanted us to turbo his car, and this is what happens... Its a little dirty from sitting around the shop for a couple months. It will be all cleaned up and ready to be show worthy in 2 weeks.

Turbonetics T3 Super 60 with water cooling
RD Fabs Long horn turbo manifold ceramic coated
RD Fabs Down pipe and full exhaust
RD Fabs Custom welded stainless charge piping
RC racing 550 CC injectors
HKS BOV
Tial 38mm WG
Melling HV oil pump from 93 cavalier 2.2
Dual flex-a-lite pusher fans towards motor on front of radiator
160* thermostat
and a bunch more things...

Our guy who was suppose to tune this car and chris's sunfire now thats its broken in, unfortunately is leaving the country for 2 weeks. We are desperately trying to find someone local to HP tune these 2 cars before Carlisle Pa tuner show weekend of may 9th. An old .org member on here use to do it and were trying to track him down now. So we'll see what happens. This owner does frequent the forum but i don't think he has a user name. So C&C is welcome...

Enjoy.

Looks good. Quick question: did you change the flow and/or routing of the coolant? I am looking at the upper radiator hose going through the adapter and over to the pump, and I don't recall ever seeing that on a 2200 before.

nice setup.

what kind of oil pressure are you getting at idle with that older style pump?

I'm curious if its close to mine, because mine is at about min. and I'm kinda worried.
