Tuesday night im on my way to my Gfs house and im on a country road and out of nowhere a tiny doe bolted out in front of me. I was doin about 50mph and didnt have any time to react. It shattered my head light crushed my hood, fender and part of my front bumper. Luckly the deer didnt come thru my windshield or cause anymore damage than it did. I already got the new headlight and a new drift front bumper on the way. I decided to go with a different drift bumper. The recent one is by vis and i wasnt too happy with how high up it sets from the rest of the body kit. So i decided to order from extreme dimensions(Same front bumper as Wootburgers). Hopefully ill be ready for the car shows by the end of the month....

Well the new front bumper, headlight, and fender just got here. Still gotta get my hood and get the fender and bumper painted..As for my previous bumper, im gonna fix it and try out my fiberglass skills and drop it a couple inches if i can do it. if it turns out good then ill reuse it..

stupid deer! at least it gave you a reason to change stuff up and buy new things eh!

So what are the plans for the hood? Are you going to fix and paint it, or get a new one?

I thought bout keepin the hood and just fixing it all and painting the whole thing red but thats too much work and the hood is damaged in too many places. as for turning it into my insurance company i didnt do it just because i didnt want my rates goin up even more than they already are. And yea i killed the deer. matter of fact its neck was broken. I went back to where i hit it and looked at it. my car threw it off to the same side it was already on when it ran infront of my car. I also realized it messed up my passenger fender a little. When i hit the deer it pushed my hood into my passenger fender causing it to boe out and now my lambo door hits the fender when i open it. Theres no dents or anything on it so hopefully i can work it in a little somehow and save from buying a new fender...

what part of ohio you from?

too bad i dont have an 03+, or id try to get that hood off of you to mess with it and paint it like you were going to. oh well.

sucks to see all of this, but at least youll have it fixed soon. btw...is the new drift bumper glass or urethane? it looks like its poly....

nope its fiberglass. my old front bumper was from vis and this one is from extreme dimensions and its the EXACT same bumper. i was hoping it would sit a lil lower or somethin but i was wrong..
