So As some of you know I got his Sat night by a friend parking his vette next to me, kid opened my door into him hile he was rolling into a spot next to me:
My Door, the vettes door:

He is already in the bodyshop, I bent my door back out with a pair of pliers and im going to get rims first, Then its going to be re-painted anyway.

Now for what I AM doing now:
Got my powdercoating side-business going and started off with my Shiftknob in "black chrome", Brakes, Intake, IDI, Valve and timing cover all in line to go next.

My New HU (Pioneer DEH-P400UB) came in today so I finished my Carputer install.Decided not to glass because I want to stay CLEAN:

In the shop:

Car sits at 45.5" Tall

Yea Yea I know More Hotbodies! Dont worry theres PLENTY coming!

I'll have to see some of the powder coating in person. I'd love to get a few things done.

sucks about the door. i think the install would look cleaner if you f/g the ldc in place. right now it looks like you maybe just glued it in place or something. not very clean.

Im happy with it like this for now, Was going to countersink it, lean it back INSIDE the dash, but without a HVAC relocate theres not nearly enough room for it.

As far as mounting It included a stand, I pulled the dash and HVAC then screwed the stand down to the bottom of the DIN, without tearing the @!#$ out of something it cant be pulled out very easily.(anti-theft)

I MAY eventually Build up around it and make the Bezel come flush around it, Just way to much work for something that I like for now.

bummer on the door man. everything else looks good, screen looks a little out of place but not bad. i was gonna suggest doing a oo+ dash swap to solve that.
