I've never posted pics on here before, more of a lurker.
Just had some recent photos of my 03 VL (Canadian deisgnation for base) Not much done, buying a house halted most of my plans had it a litle oer a year, oddly enough nearly all of my plans are exacty what Darkstars has done to the GTC, that lip, CF hood and trunk etc etc etc (even was going to paint my rims black wasn't going to buy track lites).
17" MSR 190's (ha them for ages on my prev car) sportlines, agx, ebc rotors & pads, aem CAI, got some exhaust parts to throw on soon header back, some light audio malarkey etc, the usual, a/m pedals throttle & brake only, no need for the clutch pedal, stock works fine, just wanted to be able to heel-toe easier
So the car, according to DTP this colour wasn't available in the states, it's called Light spiral grey.
and my seats;
C5 Vette sports seats in grey leather, need more cleaning, sat in a garage for 3 years, lots of ground in dirt, the cleaner started to take all the colour from my skin, didn't realise had peroxide in it.
Awesome car! awesome color! awesome seats!
see you at jco again?

regrettably, no. Sisters wedding in Jamaica, obviously summer is the best time to go there (note sarcasm)

fail!!! your opinion blows. black wins!
so did you put the z sides on it?
Riddle me this... riddle me that...
paint them black to piss wade off lol
did put Z sides on (not much of one for running through the list of things, could add the STB's, tires and shifter along with whatever i forgot), paid $190 CDN for the seats, couldn't make the power options work because of the length of them, they are mounted to 2 driver side J sliders pass side fouls the mechanism for the back adjust, some bolts and some drilling was all was required, feel about 10bls lighter each than the stockers.
didn't paint the rims because couldn't be bothered, but planned to because too many people up here had them and they are a bitch to keep shiney and i'm lazy.
Thanks for the comments everyone
Looks good, I like the seats, they look really comfortable!
Dave! Couldn't be bothered...thats a phrase I never could understand by the brits lol
Car looks amazing still! You should down the the bash in ohio! I won't be able to afford the $300 plane ticket to go to JCO
nice and clean! good job. get some better pics up.....id like to see that color better.
seats look pretty great in there too. what do you have for the rear?
oooo I really like that color. I'd like to see it on my car!

Paul, I wont be at JCO anyhow but hoping to make your one, in-laws stopped my chances of doing so last year. Is the site up yet?
tbas, rear seat is still stock, horrible grey tweedy crap, not really bothered about looks, the vette seats hug you nicely and are a lot more comfortable, the driver seat is a lot lower too. function first most of the time for me, my pedals look like sh*t but they're for function
can see how close the brake and gas pedal are, clutch has the old brake rubber on it hence the odd looking wear.
