Running a stock short block tell next year.
Also finally got around to wiring and getting the SHO t/b on.
every thing seems to be working well.
few secret exterior mods for this year also.
Mod list for this year.
Stock short block 95-99,
ported 00 up head,
HO intake manifold ported and matched to head,
stainless valves,
2.3l valve springs,
2.3l HO 410 lift cams,
89 2.3l cam towers,
Ford Taurus SHO T/B 65mm,
Ford brown top injectors,
bills & Stains header,
2.5" exhaust
Unorthadox aluminum flywheel,
spec stage 3+ clutch,
spec pressure plate,
nvg trans swap,
custom shift cable bracket b7m short throw shifter,
solid mounts,
2.3l power steering not fabbed up yet,
That's all i can think of at the moment.

iam making a female mold as of right now. so we Will have a mold to pull finished parts from.
But right at the moment Iam making a copy for my self and Brad will be getting the original.
But like i said we will still have a female mold of it.
Meaning all we need to do to make one is lay glass on the back side of the mold and pop it out flawless with lil to no sanding.
T/B you have to plug a bunch of holes on the inside of the T/B drill one new hole on the back side of the butterfly towards the intake manifold that hole is used to pull vacuum on the brake booster.
other than that NO IAC idle air controll you set the idle with a screw. make a throttle cable slot hole so it lines up to manifold holes.
Ill go into more detail later.

Races got canceled I am also still having problems with my clutch being delay after being pressed down it is delayed slightly on the back travel making hard to shift fast.
installed new master cyl today didn't help one bit but i needed a new one anyways my was rigged to work but was broke off the firewall.
Any ideas on the clutch I also used a slave cyl I got with a nvg tranny so it was used.
Iam starting to think that might be the problem.

what clutch/flywheel setup are you running, ur running an nvg tranny but are u still running the isuzu clutch/flywheel combo? when i got my spec clutch i ordered one for the car the nvg came in and i also picked up a matching fidenza flywheel (we all know ur probs with one but this is for the sake of matching ur clutch/flywheel) there is nothing wrong with running the isuzu setup, you just cant use the supplied slave. i went through tons of probs reusing the nvg slave the trans came with so thats why i opted to buy the nvg clutch/flywheel setup (as well the flywheel isnt stepped) but in the end they sent me the wrong slave and i had to do a little work...
