Well, heres how the story begins...
I hate Seafoam. i think everyone thinks its this wonder liquid that can do everything from be a fuel addative, to a combustion chamber cleaner, to take grass stains out of your kids jeans. i dont trust the stuff to put it in my motor.
but, here is something i would trust...
I found me some AC Delco Cleans. stuff is hard to get now since its been discontinued and replaced. through the help of a local GM dealer, i was able to track down a dealership that had some. so i went and picked it up and hillarious results ensued...

and yeah... lots of smoke. was getting a little hard to breath... also, a word of the wise, if you ever do this, try not to leave your windows down... lots of smoke in the car lol
anyways, anyone who has done this knows its not over yet. there is a second part to the Cleans. you have to wait 15 minutes, let everything sit, then go back out and blast the @!#$ out! this was interesting indeed...

so yeah... lots of fun. took the car out for a drive to blow out the rest of the junk, burns nice and clean now. and like i said in the video, as an added bonus i now know where my exhaust leak is coming from lol!

i did the same thing with GM Top Engine Cleaner a couple years back, smoked the hell out of everything.
good times.
btw, exhaust leak was the gasket. got it all fixed up now and seems to run great. i think the combination of the Cleans and the now fixed exhaust leak is making the car run much better. could just be the placebo effect though...
see the carbon marks from where the exhaust gases were escaping out in the second picture...
