Got around to finishing the door poppers here are some pics.
Here is the emergency switch
And if the battery dies I can open the trunk since it still has a lock and hook power up to this terminal to open the doors
I still have to shave the handles and locks, shave the antenna, and the gas filler door.
Also coming soon will be an ecotec swap, I am picking up the engine on the 11th
very nice. love the custom switch pod hahahaha
Yea that was a bad one from the 2nd gen lol the mirror switch wouldn't sit still in it it just spun around so I found a use for it
If the Bat. dies your switch is pointless. You can also run a Bicycle brake line from the inside of the door through the driver fender to your front bumper. I put a plastic handle on it and if the Bat dies or something, I can reach behind the bumper and pop the door open.
Just my opinion.
The Terminal works I used it because my battery was shot and wouldn't hold a charge, you hook up like a jump pack to the positive post in the pic then ground on the vehicle, push the switch and the door opens
the brake handle is a pretty neat idea....
I hid my button on the exterior, worked great. Never worried about the battery dying, it was hardly ever left parked anywhere with the windows completely up. When in the garage I always left them down enough to gain access.
Fun part with the SPAL kit is using all the other channels! Remote windows up and down, remote dump if you have air, tons of options and things to do with them.

To bad I don't have power windows but I will have air to hook it up to soon
