If that blazer had a LSx in it, with a turbo I would have sex with it's exhaust....

Remember guys, it's nearly never the camera, but the person behind it. I see so many people take shots with the same exact camera, and they never turn out that great. It's knowing how to use it. There are more shots of that Blazer that I'll edit later!

If you have a circular polarizer (SLR) and know how to use it in different lighting situations, it can be your best friend. I had it set so you saw a nice reflection on the side of the vehicles. That also makes the sky turn out better than just a bunch of whiteness. With any p&s or a camera that you just take without thinking, then you will not achieve that affect. I shoot all my photos in manual.

is that a 03-05 cav in indigo blue metallic??? or just a 00-02 with front end conversion??

I just wanted to show an example of what how a circular polarizer can help.

Not the best photo in the world but you get the idea. If you want achieve this affect like in the show pics, a circular polarizer is key.

holy freaking hell the difference is amazing. idk if i could justify a grand for a camera to just take pics of my car though....

so is that 'telephoto' then??? whats the difference between DSLR and SLR? and what do they stand for?

Re: Custom Rides for Saving Lives 2008

DSLR - Digital SLR
SLR - Usually refers to Film SLR

Telephoto just refers to the amount of zoom... I'm not sure exact numbers, but usually are 120mm-300mm range. Wide range lenses are ~sub 25mm

I didn't use my telephoto lens since i have no filters for it yet. I used the kit lens that came with the camera. and you can get the exact one I have for around $400 brand new now that the XTi came out.
