FINALLY, first car show of the year (56k possibly?not likely)

Well this show season got off to a pretty rough start for me, since i took the car out of storage in april i've been rear ended twice bent one of my 19's which caused me to miss 3 shows, worst thign was the last time i got hit it was on the way to what was supposed to be my first show.. anyways on to the pics, in no particular order..(me and a few friends were the only "modern" cars there so we didnt get judges for prizes but it was still fun talking to the old muscle car guys asking how we drive around with fg parts and thin tires lol

This car was MINT everything is brand new 80K$ in restoration even had it re-registered at 0km, it was done by the same guys that painted the top tuner solstice and top tuner sky

Then after the show, Me and the guys i was rolling with that day decided to grab a quick photoshoot behind the theatre since it's the first time all 3 of our cars have been "complete" all at the same time

thanks guys, and yeah that crack in the T/A is about the only thing wrong with it but i can still only imagine what it's still worth with that signature there, once i get them i got a pic or two of us after the photo shoot when we decided to follow the parade all through town, just to make us tuners known

Some sweet cars there. Sucks about the luck you've been having, but the car looks beautiful now. Keep up the great work!

I will be the first to say it I guess...

You all need to lower your cars with the quickness!

I do too! I miss the Z24 and it's dropness!

looks like fun, glad to see you getting to hit some shows.

only real comment i have is what's whit the 6x9's in the rear deck. just doesnt look right. its a standard 6x9 basket, nothing real pretty to show off or anything. just looks like they were thrown back there. othere then that the car looks nice

i forgot to mention that... i went to cut the cardboard fabric thing thats supposed to be there, but i cut the holes too far apart so when i went to drop the speakers in, they would just sit on the rear deck and not go flush with the cover.. and the only reason they're in there upside down now is because i didnt want to bolt them fom the bottom because that was my reason for mounting them on the deck cover.. because i had them like that before and the subs were rattling the bolts loose and they were falling off... also i dont want to cut the metal, so for now i'm gonna leave them like that until i can get all the materials i need to build a proper space for them with fiberglass.. either that or get a new cover, and wrap it in suede.. i'm open to suggestions for a solution there

I for one plan to lower the car as soon as i can, if not it'll get done next season

My friends talon has an issue with his rear bumper being only maybe 2-1/2 inches from the ground so if he lowers it might as well kiss the bumper goodbye.. but he also wants to lower the car,, just needs to figure out a solution to the bumper issue

My other friend with the sunfire really doesnt have any interest in lowering his car because he's moving into a new place and trying to go get a career started so as far as he's concerned his car is pretty much done

Take it off, cut it horizontally and take a few inches out, glass it back together...

I'm just ribbing ya tho, my Z24 had a Type J kit on it and 18's before I lowered her, got the Type J new for half of retail, and got half of my 18's paid for as a surprise Christmas gift, so the suspension waited for a while...

Once your car is dropped it will look 10 times better, if the Eclipse buys new rims, drops it, and puts stock tails on it, would be a lot better...
