thank god there was sparks or else it would of just been a 20 second black video.
what are you using to drag on?
LOL, yeah we found the emptiest darkest road for the vid. I'm using trailer balls to drag on. Much cheaper and they just screw on and off for easy replacement and i don't have to drive around town with them on there all the time.
pretty good where did you mount them at
The ones in the vid i welded the nuts onto the subframe for the balls. I'm working on a steel bar to go across the front to attach 3 or 4 balls to.
Use Half Balls to make these:
Wow you throw crazy sparks- i'm rather jealous to be honest. Maybe i will get some videos soon.

Sorry for the LATE reply, Its an Internal Gear from a Hydraulic pump(Roomate run a Hydraulic equip repair shop). Just stop by your local scrapyard and plunder around Your sure to find something similar.
failface? Thanks for letting me know bout the pic you posted. I'll do some looking round and see what i can find.
ah sparks, lovely sparks...my old leaf spring hangers on my truck serve me well. is there anyway to drag the actual floorpan or rockers on a J?
Floorpan i'm not so sure of, especially since the fuel lines are attached to the bottom of it
I am in the process of doing a min tub on the rear tho cause my tire is hitting the fenderwell not allowing it to go down any further. So i would say rockers are a definate yes.
nope tubbing it wont lay rockers
the struts bottom out before anything touches yellow22 was the first i believe may be wrong though
ive done it too, and cut out the front and could ride around at 0 all around.
i wasnt the first but just tubbing the rear wont make you lay rockers. you have to do a lil more. and especially if your on stock easystreet stuff it will never happen. you have to hack up the mounts and stuff. been there done that.
I am on cylinders in the rear, it will lay the back no problem
Customs mounts on the cylinders
Heres a pic of it and the back isn't all the way down, It tucks the stock 16's really good, it just won't go any lower because my tire hits the fenderwell.
Yeah, i know the sides will have to go i allready hit em when i go all the way down now. I am planning on going with 18's tho so i'm gonna wait to tub it till then. I love your car tho, looks great!
ha! and here all these years I thought all you guys were just destroying your frames and whatnot. Nice! I like!
