What is the deal with so many people going from 03-05 Cavy's to vetts? That is going to be 3 in a few months. Damn! Good luck with everything.

we all reach a point where we want something better. i have nothign against the car as its been nothing but great. but no matter how fast it runs. its still a cavaliers at the end of the day. a corvette has always been my dream car and now its in my price range where i can afford it.

most people on this site upgrade to ls1's from what iv seen. a few sti's/srt's

most of the people on my s2000 site upgrade to a lotus or nsx. *shrugs*

ill keep the cavi as a daily driver, and ill mod the corvette. its sad thinking that all the money iv put into it, i coulda just paid cash for a corvette

i want one and i can afford one. so its time to have one it wont be used as a daily driver, just a toy. so its practical for me alot more practical then a 400+whp cavalier

I like the looks of the header. But I like the looks of the turbo better!! Well maybe when you get your vette you can get the Hahn turbo kit for that!! That would be a nice power adder!!

only way that will see boost is if i get a good deal on a used maggie charger. other then that;

Intake
Borla XR1 Exhaust
Kooks long tube headers
MS4 Cam
AFR 225cc heads
MS4 Cam
Fast 90/90

Thats the plan. Should put me right around 500-520rwhp n/a. Its going to be different driving the cavalier and not having to worry about feathering the throttle.

Thanks for the stock intake manifold too Mike

Anytime John.. No problem on the intake manifold. Sounds like you have the vette all planed out.. 500 whp would be enough for me. My little 309whp cavy is good for me! Well for now that is .HAHA

I'll get on it this weekend after work. Another 50 hour week. It would have been done already but works been kicking my ass. plus i was late on ordering the intake from karo.
