I know it's a tad late as some know ive got this stuff on the car etc from pictures or seeing it in person before so...

Lots of new parts went in over the past few months, mostly in the winter/spring but I would like to show what I have been doing... this is everything. i neglected to take pictures of some so

nothing huge or anything, YET. i have a surprise in store that i believe a lot of people are going to like. something rare... something awesome and something ive as of now got about 8 hours in hand sanding on. those who know... you spill the beans and i will come at you with a machete!

now bare with me.. every picture has a caption so read them.

180 amp alternator powdercoated gloss black with mike's (md ld9) stock sized aluminum pulley.


painted my SMG 58mm TB gloss black and polished the inside/blade. as well as polished the IAC:




yes... you are seeing it right! a graphite headliner with sunroof cutout! this is a little gem i've wanted for awhile now. new from GM.




old sunshade left, new graphite sunshade right. Graphite > Tan. TAN FTL. tan SUCKS!




new GM 00-05 carpet. this stuff is half as light as the 95-99. believe me. if you want to do some weight reduction in your older J get the newer carpet. its un-believable how much lighter it is.






and the process:












i removed my stock trunk lid and the stock spoiler when i went to the carbon fiber lid so my 3rd brake light was removed. i decided to be safe and help out drivers and install a stock base model 3rd brake light that goes inside the car on the rear deck. the stock harness already had the wiring back there as well as the rear deck already had the slots and provisions necessary for a plug and play install. while in there i dynamatted the underside as well as the top side of the rear deck.






had the CPS sensor bracket chromed as well as the throttle cable clip holder.


rk sport carbon fiber door sills.





T fitting for the fuel line with crimped ends for the NAWS feed (no this is NOT a mangled hack job using worm clamps and a plastic T)


chrome idi cover bolts and washers.


AEM short ram WAI powdercoated black.




the other stuff that got done:

graphite 1/4 window panels, graphite base model rear deck with provision for 3rd brake light, new gm graphite door sill thresholds, graphite seat belts out of a low mileage 04 LSS so newer style.

Very nice. I love the subtle things you are doing. All the attention to detail. Now, You want to come tear apart my Mustang's engine bay and clean/paint/power coat everything for me? You seem to have some experience, and could save me the trouble lol.

i actually had to paint the TB. the shaft for the blade and the cable bracket is staked in and i didnt want to mess that up so i just painted it. up until finding that out the plan was to powdercoat it though.

Old carpet was probably heavy from years of dirt. Ever shake out a floor mat? It never ends.

I did the same thing with the base 3rd brake light on the '97, ha.

new stuff looks good man. think i would have polished the alt up first to make it smooth, but other then that some good additions


the yelllow box on the passenger side is for the airbags.
