Big thanks to Tinkles for bringing
this to my attention.
I love how he says the taillights are off his Cavalier, yet he uses a picture of my Sunfire
! What a dumba$$!
In a way though, I feel special because I thought this kind of stuff only happened to heavily modified Js with body kits, etc.
.
I've already sent him a nice little message via eBay!
he found it by accident looking for gay altezzas..
seriously.
lol this was the funniest part of the page. "I decided to put performance tail lights on my car "
I NEED a 97-99 LD9 engine harness for an auto.PM if u hav info.!!
The guy who posted the auction found the picture by accident or Tinkles found the auction by accident? I'm confused...
tinkles found the auction by accident lol

I know right! What a moron!!!

So, Tinkles was also looking for "performance taillights"?! Perhaps I should try and find some to help boost the horsepower of my 2200!!! Performance taillights FTMFW
!!!
Kids these days *shakes head*.
plus take a look at that auction. his local is hollywood MD yet the tag on "his" car says IL. total dumbass duh this is my cars lights. another fine reason why ebay is getting harder to trust. cough Douchbag cough.
i saw that earlier but i figured it was you selling your tails. haha. now i know.

first thing that came to my mind was the tag and location

Yeah. He says he has the taillights sitting in his garage, so he's that @!#$ lazy that he can't go out to his garage and take a picture of the actual taillights?! Wow! Just wow!
I hope he doesn't really expect someone to pay no less than $60 for stock taillights either! What a tool!
As far as not trusting eBay, as long as you are smart and look for things that are fishy (like this auction), you
should be fine. I have never had a problem on eBay because I do my research, so to speak, before I just jump on in and buy something.

Nope, still have 'em, although the reverse lights are now tinted red. That picture is from the beginning of the summer.

Well, obviously this kid is no rocket scientist! He has so many mistakes on his auction page. The license plate doesn't match his location, he said the taillights are off his Cavalier, but the picture has a Sunfire rear bumper, "performance taillights", etc.
I'm curious to see if I will get a response from the message I sent him via eBay. My mom said I should file a complaint with eBay to see if I can't get him kicked off or something.
^ I know! I keep thinking that phrase to myself and laughing! My mom even laughed at that when I told her about the whole situation!
eBay motors is really hard to get anything to happen to sellers. It's basically got the least amount of rules.
Well, it's really not that big of a deal. Like I said, I think it's funny actually because my car is basically stock. I really thought this only happened with Js that have body kits and tons of stuff done to them. I'm not too worried about it. I think it's funny more than anything else. I am just really hoping to get a response this moron *crosses fingers*.
was that picture taken in the same parking lot as your sig picture, looks like it is!
funny stuff

i was gonna say the same thing....lol
GMR has got nothing on this

Different parking lot, same park.
Here's the response I received from the idiot on eBay:

I guess I'm going to have to start watermarking all my pictures...
Dude, are you that proud of that particular picture? lol It's not like he's trying to rip you off... he searched for cavalier tail lights, there they are.

I think your car was trying to tell you that it wanted a new owner.
