thought id make my own post about my history with jbodies ..
The first j was an 83-84 cavalier CL sedan. My parents bought it back in 1996 i think. It was owned by an older lady who only drove it to church and to shop. At the time the cavi only had 35k on her. And the only bad part was a small rust hole on the left side of the trunk lid. It was bought from a dealer in Napa ca.
not our car but exact same one.
The second j was also bought by my parents. which would end up being my first car, and first j at that. This time is was a base model 1996 teal cavi. No OPTIONS what so ever. minus the auto 3sp and the AC. They did get an alarm put on from the dealer. A very annoying alarm !! I hadnt start to mod this one until 2007.

The third J i bought in july 03. was a silver 2003 cavi with the sport suspension packages. Everything from the ls sport minus the oem kit. CD player and floor mats. no major mods.. just drop, rims and 02 rear.
The fourth J i bought was a silver 2002 z24 cavalier. I had bought this J from an ORG member who didnt really post much. My original plan was to get it running and redo what i didnt like. half way through and the idea got scrapped. Ended up parting it out and selling the shell.
The fifth but most likely not the last LOL. my current 1999 z24 VERt..
not gonna post much of this one. just two pics. one is a PS i did, " if i owned a red vert" two years ago. only had the vert for ten months .. so think i came close to the PS.

teal ones is still around... looks just about the same minus the hood and the ground controls.. it currently sits on pro kits

man, that 4th one must have been during "The Fast and The Furious" scene! lol the rest of yours are so clean, I love how that one is the oddball. lol & how's the vert doing? anything new?

the silver 03 is where i first started to spray bomb my mirrors body color.. they turned out really nice.
also had the mud flaps painted. held up WELL over the years.. only the lower part of the flap where i hit gound lost paint.
I even painted the door handles and the door sills. eventually stripped the silver from the sills.
the vert. well took the red z24 bumper off since it looks like crap. everything i stated before that needed to be installed
still needs to be installed.. lol i mean EVERYTHing.
I really like those rims reminds me of the 08 SS TC cobalts
