They don't make it!, but you can cut up two kits to mold the top of a 2000+ bumper to the GMX] 95-99 bumper. That is what I have in the garage to do, but I've not had the time to get out and do it with the cars actting up.

look at Skunks TRD kit. his is on a 04. quite a bit of work but looks like sex.
There was a company that made the 00-02 and 03-05 TRD kits for a while.
