I'm normally not a mean person but how can you tell someone that something is pointless to do to their car if they don't lower it. I have both strut bars and a sway bar and it made a huge improvement to the way our cars handle. You don't have to do every suspension mod to feel the different from strut bars.

how much fun was the rear strut bar?
ya handling is def better w/ rear strut bar in combo w/ anti-sway bar. didn't drive it w/ stock height tho but i'm def sure it's way better.

When I mounted a front strut bar on the old Bird, it tightened up nicely....the car just felt crisper in turns, like I had more control over it at highway speeds (around 75-80, the car would always start shaking a bit). The vert I drive now came with one already, so I cant really say if there is a difference...
Yeah i haven't even installed a rear yet, and i drove my car a year without any strut bars, installed the front upper strut and noticed a huge difference in the way it handled corners. Just felt much stiffer like it really wanted to go with the road. Have had it on 2 years never any problems (No stripping of threads or moving of retainer nuts) and it was like 26$ shipped (E-bay can be good for
SOME things).
front is a nice difference , rear you wont notice much
even with out any other suspension mods , they are worth it
I got a stupid question about the joints on the bars, are they need to be boltet all Tight or it must be loose so it can move up and down??
They have to be tight. If they are loose the bar wont do a thing.
Thanks for the info, I wasnt sure. I just received today my set of SB and planning to install them soon.
Yeah sedans have a huge diffrence when suspension mods are added. they bend diffrently then the coupes. My friend has an 01 Z coupe with engine mounts and dspec suspension with their 1.5" springs. his still feels a little stiffer than mine but he has to set his struts to 2-3 wil mine are at 3-4 and i have ttr engine mounts, eibach sway bars, poly control arm bushings in grand am control arms, Same dspec suspension with 1.5" drop. he runs 17" motegis i run 16" Oem z rims.
Trust me once you put it on you will miss it if you take it off.
front and rear are well worth it... especially once you start working on the suspension more.
sedan ftw!!
