Doesn't look like anything else is done to the car or you might want to try getting on the local Neon boards and see if you can link the guy w/ a user account and possibly find out sale info or where they came from (assuming they were re-sold/pawned)

weird man..I was just thinkin about those today and actually searched for them on craigslist.....that's really random...
I just had my computer completely die on me and i had to get a new laptop..so I don't have any of my pics from our ohio j's meet or the bash
Lets just say I found the wheels today, but they are on another car still. I followed the car till it parked. I tried to lose me, but my new car was just a little faster then the nice stock Neon... While following the car I was on the phone with the Columbus PD telling them turn by turn. The guy tried to lose me, but I just followed and turned around to let him get parked. The paddy wagon pulled up about 3-4mins later as I watched for the car to leave. Then 2 other cops showed up one in a cruiser and another a honda that was undercover. They talked to the guy driving the car to find out that his bother owns the car. So they let him go for now. I'm just getting back from them talking to the owner of the car that told us that he gave that car to his brother a year ago. Since he is the person that still ownes the car he gave them the permission to pull the wheels off the car. 
I need to find the pics of the outter barrell under the tire where they where marked from refinished. So while I'm working on getting everything ready for them if you have any pic with my wheels on the car close up or not please post them up for me.
