My rims have been on my car for over 4 years and they are peeling/chipping. Im going to get them repainted. What color should i go with?

*Black
*Black with Red Lip

Black with a red lip would look pretty sharp, but im not so sure that color combo would look good with those type of wheels. Gun metal is always a wnner in my books. Do you have a closer shot of the rims?

I'd stick with silver, but I know you wanna mix it up. I vote gloss black.

Either shade of bronze would look awesome. Black cars and bronze wheels just go together.

Those look so much like the VW BBS wheels that came on the 337 and GLIs!! Which is a good thing.
Bronze or gold are my picks. No fancy lip color. That rim cant support it.

Yes they do
they arnt to flashy or anything. Which i like they are tasteful and thats what i want it to stay
but bronze seems to be the going vote. I have a spare rim, its my test subject, i have the paint/primer stripped off. Today im going to sand it and prime it. I will paint my test subject 2 colors half Dark Bronze and half Black

i like them the way they are. just a fresh paint would look good!
I don't care what color you go with, just make is one solid color. If i had to choose, i'd go gloss black or bright silver.

yeah, those are definitely a one color rim.
they don't look like they'd support a colored lip very well
if it were something easy to get looking perfect, I would say a red pinstripe around the lip of the rim, not trying to paint the full lip red... But definitely loving the idea of this in a nice shiny black!

Those wheels don't have the type of lip to do any seperate color! I say go all gloss black!

I have my "spare rim" all stripped and sanded down, i will be priming it tomorrow
I will keep you guys updated. And half the rim will be gloss black/Dark Bronze
