if i remember correctly, ive heard that police cars are not at fault in an accident? not sure of the exact conditions of if its even specific states... but i remember saying that if a cop car hits you (not sure if they have to be in pursuit or not) that they wont be held liable... if i get one of the 6 spots on the local pd, i can double check that

I don't know about your area, but when I was starting my recruit classes for the fire department my instructor was telling me when they do the pit move on chases that goes against their personal insurance at one time.

That sucks dude. Be thankful the damage was limited (too bad it was the rear quarter) could've been WAAAAY worse. He could've scratched your new rims! So who's responsible to pay for the damage?

They are supposed to pay. The reporting officer told me to expect a call from the state in the next few days, they will send out there own adjuster. So Hopefully this works out well

Haha nah, I don't need it. Staying Stock Body
As for tails I'm going to stick with Stock+Tinted...Its one of my signature parts

I am shaving everything on the 1/4 except the molding. Not sure if they will stop the paint line at the molding or pull it and re-paint the whole 1/4. I will probably request they split it Since the car will be getting fully re-done while Im away at BT.

Around where I live if an accident happens in a private parking lot no tickets will be issued.

That's kinda awesome. I'm sure the adjuster will take a look at that and go damn... that's a lot of money right there.

**Adjuster Cuts Check**

Friends at body shop fix it for half the check.

Unfortunately, Even though I do know almost every major body shop owner in the area, money is tight with everyone so I'm not going to expect a discount. I just hope I can scrape up the cash to get the shave taken care of. I need a NEW slave cylinder, and I am buying a clutch, and the OEM Upper strut plate project going on. Money is TIGHT!

When you shave the fuel door what are your plans for relocating your fuel filler neck? One thing I always thought would be cool is if someone relocated the fuel door similar to the one on natural gas cavys.

May be too much work. idk

Well I wish I could do the same as I did on my Sunfire, But that wont work on the Cavy window frame. Where is it on the Nat Gas Cav? I think I will just do the Regular old Trunk Drain rail. Its Clean, easy to do, and Quick.
