I picked up a new 2000 Z 5 spd so i could put mine back to stock and let the GF drive it
I have moved most of my parts over to the new car but it does need some paint TLC
I was thinking of going to a flat black paint job

thats andy! he did the whole car rattle can and it is by far better than some of the professional paint booth jobs on here it is flawless. i heart andy and his car!

maybe im wrong, hopefully he does see it since he doesnt visit here a whole lot. and im almost positive he said its all rattle can but TONS of prep and finish work

If I remember right I thought he did do it all with rattle cans. But no its not flawless, in fact you can see where he had primered flames on it previously

Last time i talked to DTP he said it was all rattle canned. He also said that the paint on the car is flawless!

Yes it is a tibby spoiler modded to fit and yes it is all rattle canned because I remember him saying that he had like ten half empty cans left from doing the roof so it wouldnt spray air and mess up the paint.
Heard that too. Some one asked him how he made it look so good and he responded by using spray cans.
