Are there any out there? I'm kinda kicking the idea around (especially since I'd like to do a carbon fiber OEM hood down the road). But idk how it would look on black, if it would even be very noticable. I'm not dropping $200-250 if it doesn't look good.

I probably wouldn't notice it unless someone pointed it out to me either in person or in pictures. I would also say not worth it.

I've only seen a few spoiler-less Cavs that I like; mine would not be one. The rear just looks empty w/o it...(Sunfires are different though. They look 10x better w/o them).
