id say if your leaking brake fluid i'd try to fix the leak, not just put a big sponge around it to suck up what runs out.

If it's for looks, IMO it's just silly looking. If you don't like the look of the plastic, paint it.

If it's for dealing with a leak, fix the problem. A leaking resevoir is not a difficult, or expensive fix.

Adding to that...if it's leaking then it could lead into expensive problems...

it's not leaking... yes i agree you shouldn't put something off to fix like that...
i just don't like the look of the plastic and i don't think it will look good painted...
