no not yet. soon to come, got a baby coming in 4 weeks so i gotta put her first.
No flexpipe needed with pacesetters. Thats the point of the ball/socket collector and springs for the bolts.

The point of the ball flange is to seal without a gasket, not to be a flexpoint to handle as much as the engine moves. Which is why this happened:

At least that's my speculation.

i will be installing a pacesetter soon with a small flex pipe... gotta wait and save money for a catback though :-}
The ball and socket allows for a bit of play though. The only way I could see a problem if the motor mounts were worn and it moved alot.
I dont think Ive ever seen anyone install a pacesetter header and worry about a flexpipe or have problems without one, including myself which I still had stock mounts when I did my pacesetter header long ago.
no, my buddy grinded the weld down too much trying to make it look nice. we fixed it right away and its been 2 weeks and no problems. thank god.
How does it feel with the header?
i "think" good, only because its was the first one i installed, so not too sure how to compare. but i don't have near as much back pressure. not really to sure what to say
