you used a mothers ball on your hood? ooouuu. i'd be afraid of puttin too much pressure on it and crackin my hood. i def need to do somethin w/ mine. looks way better tho, congrats.

the wind puts more pressure on that hood than a buffing ball.

looks great man! however, i believe metal polish would be to abrasive to get a flawless shine. try some polishing compound meant for paint and follow up with about 3 coats of wax.

^^ Exactly lol

Btw, when is the kit getting painted? I don't think you should drive around with an unpainted body kit!

get you some 3m rubbing compound, some 3m glaze and itll shine up more man. or try some stuff called finesse it 2 if your trying to save cash. mine was faded and i wound up getting it recleared and it looks a ton better.

Find some inner door panels from a sunfire with power windows and do some LED's to go along with the clear HVAC knobs and that interior would be perfect IMO.

As far as the exterior, I was more partial to the SS hood but once that all gets painted it should look great! Nice job.

i dont think im keeping this hood.. i just did what i had to do to get it to shine. its for sale lol

as for the panels ... i thought of using the holes for my tweeters mabe. but not sure if thats a good location.

paint wont be until mabe end of july beginning august. i need to fix my top first, need some top frame parts. the car needs some dents and dings fixed also along with the paint.

my boots dont really get used, unless i plan on having the top down all day.

iv been trying to hunt down an 03-05 sunfire top dash pad for the longest.

as for the SS hood.. im gonna have that recleared when i get the car painted.

and i also love my steering wheel! lol

i plan on taking the car to a couple shops in the next couple of days to get quoted.
