Not a fan of the autozone intake or the white wheels, but I like what you did w/ the front bumper.

x2 and please fix your headlights/bumper so they are aligned correctly
yea i know the autozone intake is a piece of crap. probably is taking away horsepower if anything, and yes its ugly and looks stupid and tacky. but got laid off 2 days after finishing my eco swap and thats my only car to drive. why i still dont have exhaust and still dont have a good intake. will soon enough. only reason i "made" that intake to work is b/c i was running for almost a month just open throttle body. soon enough i'll have it looking the way im wanting and running the way im wanting! with aem cai and 2.25" bent mandrel exhaust.
Does anyone know about the last picture??? read the paragraph before the pics and see if you can help. thanks
I dig the cam cover with red center, looks good.
i'll await godspeed's response, i'm sure i'll agree with most if not everything he says. haha. gooooo jason!

I'm a fan of white wheels IF and only IF they're kept clean
Good work on the swap and such. It'll be nice when you can get rid of the flex pipe, but other than that, no complaints from me!
that vacuum line goes to the other vacuum line which is black. it is in the same harness as the icm, i believe or right around there. Its really long though wow. when you get it hooked back up let me know if it was in the spot i told you. im curious about that.
i looked around and couldnt find another one. all around icm, front of motor where i thought it went, looked all in back. im not finding anything. i was hoping someone with an ecotec could check their lines and see if they can help me. if anyone could help i'd appreciate it! yea im ready to get rid of the flex tubing, ready to get a real intake. lookin for wheels, tired of the white wheels and having to keep them clean.

yes i know its STILL STOCKISH... but im working with what i have right now. dont have all the money or time to keep up with the looks and styles of most j bodys. hopefully soon i will!! some ppl like some ppl dont. i can handle that! judge away, thats what i post the pics for.
i'll go take a pic now and show you
o crap you no what...that goes on the intake manifold......check that...
I had another pic for you but it didn't load. I think the one you are looking for goes into the manifold. However there is another vaccum line hookup in the other pic. Check the bottom of your manifold for a tit. I would think it would be making alot of noise and be running real hard w/o that hooked up. weird.
Looks soo nice but that dryer vent intake kills it
That vacuum line is if im not mistakin going from the TB to the HVAC unit for the defrogger system. I might be wrong.

No he already has that hooked up, you can see in the pics above.
Looks great! Needs some lips. I don't get why nobody likes the wheels, I love white wheels on a white car. Deff get that intake taken care of tho.

OMG EP3 Si with lambos...... Puke!
Love your cam cover. White on White is killer.... You should try and scoop up a White Vinyl/leather interior from an older sunfire convertible.. hmmm sexy.

Do you have a boost or vac gauge or something in the car? Only reason why I could guess that the line would run into the cabin there.
Car is looking nice, the engine bay is REALLY nice, good job on that. I'm working on mine right now, and it definitely takes time to clean it up like that.

BOOSTED BABY: i think thats exactly where it goes. i got home just now here at 4am, but i'll check that first thing in the morning. i stretched the line out to see if i could find where it reached but didnt see anything. didnt check the intake manifold like you have in your pic though. really appreciate it! i'll let you know if thats the fix. its not running weird, or sluggish from what i can tell. i am although running no exhaust still HOPEFULLY until tomorrow when i get some run. then i'll be able to tell if running weird or not. and yea no exhaust is LOUD on the eco. i do have a shorty pipe that was cut off from the old car the motor came out of. its only about 2 feet long though.
ACav2Envy: yea im trying to save up while keeping bills paid on time to get the intake. i really want the aem cai that goes down to back of bumper. its pretty pricey though. noticed that for everything for the eco though. i like the white wheels sometimes and other times like today im getting tired of them and tired of cleaning them. want black with machine lip 5 spokes. thanks for the feedback.
Qwik2k2z24: i've been looking at seats for my car and found a few good deals on ebay. dont care if the seat has a name brand on it or not. just lookin for some good racin seats with brackets. then i'll see about finding an interior swap if i do find seats. thanks for the comments.
Dave Dunsmoor: na i dont have boost nor vac gauge. im thinkin BOOSTED BABY has found where it goes. i thought it came out of the cabin area also until today i followed it down and found it goes into a wire loom below the clutch master cylinder. i'll post up tomorrow it goes in intake manifold or not.
i just checked my intake manifold to see if i had an extra place or "tit" for the vacuum line. where your picture shows that yours connects BOOSTED BABY lookin as if its on the driver side of manifold on right side of throttle body. mine only has one nipple there and already has a vacuum line on it. i'll take a pic if i can get enough light and upload it in just a moment. anyone else have any ideas? any help or advice greatly appreciated.
love the valve cover.
imo there is no need to spend so much on an aem. it is just a tube with a filter. get a tube from egay. much cheaper. same results
I just did a motor change and im currently refreshed on it. Thats the only vaccum line that looks like that. There is one more vaccum line that runs into the cabin and connects to another vaccum line in the harness right buy the icm harness. Who did the motor pull? They dont remember what that came off of? If it wasent hooked up and needed to be hooked up, your car would making vaccum sucking noise somewhere and would run funny. Theres people in here that have done this swap and could chime in and help. Tomm when i get home from work i will take a pic of the vaccum line i was talking about in a harness by the icm and runs into the cabin..
thanks BOOSTED... i looked all around my intake manifold on mine and not finding anywhere at all where that vacuum line would go like your pics you posted for me. where yours connects you have two couplings for connectors. mine only has one connector right there and its a line that comes off the right side of the fuel rail. i'll take a pic and post it up so you guys can see.
would it maybe be a totally different line that this motor wont need? i got the motor out of an 05 malibu automatic. i dont know if its any different as to my intake manifold or not. cause my manifold looks pretty similiar if not the same as to ya'lls cavy/sunfire motors. hope ya can figure something out for me. i've been looking ALL around my motor all day and still cant find anything. any advice much needed!!
thanks for all your help and advice.
