Here is a few pics of my head lights I have been working on this evening. They are almost done. All that is needed to be done is aiming and sealing. I'll do that tonight and then seal these babys up. These are the projectors that were offered in John's Benhams GP
Spongebob says
HI
This bad boy had to come out of the reflector. GTFO!!!
The back. Nice and clean
With bulb and boot on(nevermind the dremel dust)
Upclose inside the reflector
Some cutting with my dremel needed for the CCFL wires to pass through. PERFECT
CCFL wire coming out the ass of the headlight
Mocked up. The lens wasn't completely on.
Thats pretty much it for now. I'll have more pics including night time shots later.
Thanks for viewing

those look really good, are going to make a black shroud for them or keep it as is?

I think I'm going to keep them as is. I like the OEM look.
Very nice. Got to appreciate custom work!

Thanks Kevin,
I just got back in from finishing them. I also aimed them and got some nights shots. I'll be uploading them in about 30 minutes
Cut-off Shots!!!!!!!!
Man, driving with these babies gives a whole new driving experience. The road is lit much more evenly and widespread. I really didn't know what I was missing out on till now.
These projectors are just as good as the OEM projector alternative's IMO (FX35, S2000, TSX, RX330, E55, etc.). They are really good quality and their cut off is nice. Don't let the "Made in China" fool ya. The pics speak for themselves.
Tomorrow I'm going to wire up the CCFL's. I didnt have enough time today.

i will be doing this with my 91 very soon i can't stand these hellas any more
wow, looks like they didn't require much fab at all!
what brand and model are they?

The really didn't require much work. It took me only a few hours to complete. I was pretty skeptical at first, because I was actually going to use OEM E55 projectors at first, but things went extremely well.
These kits can be bought at various places, but Retro-Solutions is one of the more trusted venders. John had a GP running for these, but he may still be able to hook you up.

Yeah the beam is surprisingly nice. I'm gonna have to get used to it though. I been running around with a 8k HID kit for almost 2 years LOL. So I'm used to the light going everywhere haha

Hey they look great ... I have had projectors on my 99 for about 3 yrs .. the only problem with them is the light cutoff on the top .. It makes it hard to see street names / signs ... but I still love them .. your going to really like them .. great work with the install
Looks sweet man. Like said, they look like there wasnt much to customize lol

Yes, I can still get a deal on them.
Nice install, a lot of the ones I am doing for people are with blacked out reflectors, which is also a nice look. Either way, I think the projectors fit the housings well, and give a nice clean look.
And yes, the output is excellent, especially considering the price. I think you will find the newest infinity and acura models do have a better output, but for the price, these cant be beat.
heres an output of the CCFL angel eye shot:
and here are some blacked out reflectors for comarison.....no they dont have the lenses back on, i cant get a decent shot of everything assembled for some reason....most likely a cheap camera problem.
and one with projector turn signals:
Damn John those 03+'s are HOTTT. I like what you did with the turn signals.
I know these prjectors are on the gp sale. but how do you get those turn signal projectors?
